Ira has extensive experience in the Malaysian TV broadcasting industry owing to over 9 years of service with Malaysia's leading satellite pay-TV operator, Astro. At Matavia, Ira Rakiz maintains a team of dedicated producers and editors to ensure a constant delivery of high quality content to both local and international networks, as well as inspiring them to continuously break new grounds in content creation. Apart from directing and producing, he has also been engaged by both government agencies and international networks to supervise and produce content for notable international broadcasters such as National Geographic and Discovery Channel.
Justin Ong

Justin is an award-winning documentary filmmaker with directing, producing and writing credits for documentaries for National Geographic Channel, History Channel, Discovery Channel, BBC Worldwide, NHK (Japan), Al-Jazeera International and Channels News Asia. Justin is currently the Executive Producer and Director at Dosfellas, a production company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Justin also currently serves as the Vice-President of MyDocs (Malaysian Documentary Association).
Lydia Lubon

Lydia's diverse experience as a documentary producer over the last 10 years has seen her write, produce and direct documentaries from corporate films and international documentaries, to humanitarian films for UNICEF. Her clients include The History Channel, The Bio Channel, Discovery, Asian Food Channel and the Crime and Investigation Channel.
Harun Rahman
Founding member
Harun is an award winning documentary filmmaker with more than 20 years experience. He majored in film production at Minnesota, then pursued a career in film and television. He has travelled the world making documentaries and has won several accolades for his work. He is the founder of Novista a leading documentary production company based in Kuala Lumpur and has worked on numerous films with the National Geographic Channel, the History Channel and Channel News Asia. He takes pride in often working on projects with NGO's with strong environmental, animal protection and other social issue messages.
Lina Teoh

Lina is an experienced documentary filmmaker, having produced, written and directed world-class documentaries for international broadcasters such as the National Geographic Channel, the Discovery Channel and the History Channel. She also ran her own production company specialising in crafting high quality documentaries for local, regional and international markets based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has worked for many years as supervising producer for the Malaysian Film board’s (Finas) “Malaysia to the World” initiative. She was the the Executive Director of MyDocs (Malaysian Documentary Association) from 2013 - 2021.
